I'm Karen Espley - I'm an award winning coach, author and Ops Queen!

With my background working in ops for small businesses for over 12 years, I fully understand the challenges you face.

I have worked with businesses since 2000; as an employee, owner/director of a software testing consultancy and as a business owner providing business/operational support. I have applied the same tried and tested solutions to my own clients. I know what works and what tools and systems to use to get your back office operations working smoothly.
